Where we ship
Australia-wide, with free standard shipping on all orders. International shipping is available — rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time
Australia: 3–7 business days for standard delivery once dispatched. Express options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at info@thebeargrip.com.au.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. We can't control delays once a parcel is with the carrier, but if something goes missing, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us and we'll make it right.
